Why Speak Asia Is Fraud!
In our country - India, notifying people about fraud being done by a company by analyzing the facts and presenting it before them is a crime in itself. When we work for something we constrict our angle of thoughts to the least possible, we become too narrow to think for more! The same case happened with us when we thought about 'enlighten' people about the possible fraud done by a company named Speak Asia Online.
Now this is supposedly a survey company which charges 11000/- rupees on registration and gives 500 per survey with 2 surveys per week up to 52 weeks, so you get a booty of 52000/- after the end of the year. The other way to earn is by referring people to join it in which people earn some commission. We came to know about this Speak Asia thing several months back and it never appeared enticing to us, even an FD with interest rates in single digits is more beneficial than this risk-laden ponzi model. Let us list the points under which the scheme's objective are better exposed:
1: Speak Asia Online have got Non-Compliance status in Singapore for its registration.
2: MLM companies are not legal in Singapore, read point 9 of: http://app.mti.gov.sg/default.asp?id=567
3: Speak Asia Online had renamed their company numerous times.
4: Speak Asia Online have named few clients but all denied any associations.
5: Speak Asia Online provide receipt in the name of E-Zine Magazine which will provide it an excuse if it does not provide any future survey.
6: It is a clear MLM scheme in which money is distributed by newer joinees, the day when new joinings would decrease then Speak Asia Online company may:
(a) Run away
(b) Close down, go bankrupt
(c) Increase its registration charges, or decrease payout etc.
(d) Stop the surveys.
7: Several scams have occurred in the past like ebiz, stockguru, gold scheme offering 20% return scam etc.
8: Speak Asia Online don't have any office in India.
9: The rule of the country only provides action in case the company runs away hence people may believe in it till it's operational.
10: The people who are getting new joinees under them will prove to be the worst suffers as the joinees will demand money once it closes and their relations will also turn sour.
11: Nothing has been disclosed about how many workers(or panelists I guess?) Speak Asia Online have in Singapore, Malaysia, etc.
12: Why Speak Asia Online are performing their business through mediation, is it simply to have an easy escape route?
13: Why Speak Asia Online pay as per $ Conversion rate of 50? No Sensible company would do this!
14: Accepted People are presently benefiting from it, I never said they are not providing profits to people, but the dilemma is the people who will join last or will join with numerous ID's would be slapped hard!
15: It's true that Company's ads have appeared in IPL, NDTV, actors have performed for Speak Asians, but then remember - Channels and Actors are all there for business, money speaks for them! :)
16: No Genuine Survey company would allow registration of multiple ID's from the same person and no company would like to associate with such kind of a survey company!, this is just ridiculous!
17: Star panel is paying for it's own surveys and not charging any money for any bullshit subscription like E-Magazines, hence it is not an MLM company!
18: Why have Speak Asia Online not taken any legal action against the news channels who have supposedly defamed(exposed) them, does being scared to file up a case sum up to being guilty?
19: "Total cash request in a year cannot exceed your referral income from sale of e-zines", wow, they clearly point out in their F.A.Q. section that it is an MLM company!
20: The website just speaks of rewards and income, but wait a minute if they are into business they should also have a page on their website for their clients, like conduct survey with us and reach people, but naah, Speak Asia Online have a treasure and they are busy giving keys of the treasure to people, can such a business which does not invite clients and has just workers ever sustain? Think logically not erratically!
21: The Legal proofs provided by the company is just a farce, what has the form formats, and poor quality scans with words such as "hand-pump cylinder"(if you observe closely) got to do with the legality of the company?
